Our Speeches Build Confidence

CALM Your Way to Success

We live in a world of noise. From the hustle and bustle of city life to the constant barrage of news and information, it's easy to feel overwhelmed. And all too often, we let this noise dictate our lives. We allow it to drown out our own inner voice, preventing us from achieving the success we desire.

But it doesn't have to be this way. We can choose what frequency we tune into. We can selectively filter out the noise that drowns out our confidence and clarity. By doing so, we open ourselves up to limitless possibilities. We give ourselves the space to grow and thrive.

Let's explore what frequency are you tuned into? Is it helping or hindering your success?

Change Your Mindset: Get Unstuck

It's been said that we are the sum of our thoughts. The quality of our thought life directly influences the quality of our emotions, which then impacts our productivity. So if you're feeling stuck or stagnant in some area of your life, it may be time to take a close look at the quality of your thoughts. Are they mostly negative and self-defeating? Or are they mostly positive and hopeful? Life experiences, both good and bad, play a role in shaping our thought patterns. But the good news is that we can choose to improve the quality of our thoughts, regardless of our past. In this speech, Natasha challenges you to look in the mirror and how you are getting in your own way of what you want for self.

The Passion That Drives You

When you are first starting out trying to reach a goal, it is easy to be motivated. Every day, you can see the progress you are making and how close you are to achieving what you set out to do. However, as time goes on and you encounter obstacles, it can become more difficult to maintain that same level of motivation. You may start to doubt yourself and wonder if it is really worth all the effort. That is where passion comes in. Passion is what drives you when motivation runs out. It is what keeps you going even when the going gets tough.  Natasha talks about the struggles to stay motivated and how to connect with your passion to keep going.
