CALM
CUES

CALM CUES. by Perspectives is a combination of mindfulness activities and tools to use to potentially avoid or to navigate an interaction with a threatening or escalating individual. While use of CALM CUES cannot guarantee a positive outcome, it provides individuals a guide on mental and verbal techniques to bring calm to a tense situation.

In a time when stress and anxiety are reaching all time highs, CALM CUES were developed to put kindness back into our atmosphere when it comes to self as well as others. CALM CUES are designed to help individuals avoid potentially life threatening confrontations in calming all involved parties by following each step in this modality..
